# Outlying Islands refer to: Lantau Island (areas accessible by the Tung Chung Road south of Shek Mun Kap Road on Lantau), Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau.

1. Estimated Delivery times:

  • HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories - 1 to 2 days

  • Tung Chung and Park Island - 2 to 3 days

  • Discovery Bay - 3 to 4 days

Return Policy

  1. We cannot accept exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted items and customized products .
    ​
  2. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice. For payment made with credit card, please bring the concerned credit card with you.
    ​
  3. Please send an email to shop@sp-homedesign.com  to return your items and we will make arrangements for the goods to be collection from you. Please note this will incur a lead-time. Our home delivery company will contact you directly to book this in with you. ​
    ​
  4. In case you change your mind after goods delivery and you require onsite retrieval service, for HKD$300(Hong Kong) / HKD$800(Outlying Islands) / HKD$1,500(Macau) / price to be confirm(Oversea) will be charged.

  5. S&P Home Design Limited reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
